Automating SharePoint-based health checks and redesigning document workflows with Power Automate and Microsoft Lists to improve compliance visibility for ITS audits.

  • Automated the Backup OnBase system health checklist, cloning 40+ weekly records while dynamically updating “Check Date” and “Results” fields to eliminate manual duplication.
